Cyber-Rights.Net Privacy Policy

            What We Offer

In October 2000 Cyber-Rights & Cyber-Liberties made an agreement with Hush Communications Corporation (referred
to in this document as "Hush") and with the Cyber-Rights.Net project, we are co-branding their HushMail
technology under the HushMail Private Label scheme. HushMail technology offers Cyber-Rights.Net users a truly
end-to-end secure, fully encrypted, free, Web-based email service.

            Data Protection

Cyber-Rights.Net does not collect, nor store any personal data associated to individuals for the provision of
Cyber-Rights.Net accounts. Cyber-Rights.Net does not automatically log personal data nor do we link information
automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals.

            How Your Information is Used

You can access the Cyber-Rights.Net home page and browse the site without disclosing your personal data.

Hush does not collect personal information for the provision of free Cyber-Rights.Net accounts. But some personal
information may be collected for the provision of the premium accounts which requires payment of a fee. User
information is only transmitted securely using your browser's SSL encryption (Note: We advise the installation
of 128-bit encryption.) Hush abides by strict security protocols that limit access to internal information. Hush
restricts user information to employees on a "need-to-know" basis, and has protocols that allow only specific,
privileged employees to have access to the user database itself.

Hush is committed to protecting the privacy of all its Web site visitors. Hush does not share, sell, rent, trade
or loan personal data to third parties for any purpose, but note that Hush may collect aggregate statistics for
its own marketing research team. Any demographic information collected by Hush is used only to tailor advertising
to users while they are connected to the Hush.com service.

            Web logs and cookies

Cyber-Rights.Net does not use cookies. Cyber-Rights.Net site does not store or capture personal information, but
merely logs the user?s IP address which is automatically recognised by our web server. Once you are logged into
to the Hush environment through Cyber-Rights.Net, Hush does not log IP addresses or use cookies. Hush will never
log your IP address in such a way that it can be associated with your email address or identity. The procedure
does NOT affect the anonymity of the user at any point.

            Editing Personal Information

At this point in time, within the Hush environment, it is not possible for users to view and update their
personal information. This feature will be available in the near future. If, at any time, a user wishes to disable
their account and the information therein, they may do so. However, Hush must be able to authenticate the user.
We require a securely sent HushMail message including the request for account termination to info@hushmail.com
            via their HushMail address.

            Constant Improvement

This privacy policy is under constant review, and may be modified and updated in the future. However, users will
always have the option of having their information permanently removed from the database as described above.

            Non-Account Related Communications

HushMail nor Cyber-Rights.Net do not contact users unless the communication is account related. HushMail will
answer non-account related questions from users, but will not generate mail to users that doesn?t directly affect
their use of the service, however, users can opt-out of any communications with the Company whatsoever if they so
            choose.
